Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with a initial diagnosis of a colo-rectal tumor who speak, read and understand German and are at least 18 years old are asked for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairments or cerebral metastases, other intestinal tumors (e.g. NET), treatment has already started.
