Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Scheduled allogeneic stem-cell transplantation at the University Hospital Freiburg, = 18 years, able to speak, read and write German, able to plan and perform self-management activities independently; WLAN or mobile data access , mental, physical and psychological abilities and health to provide a written informed consent about study participation and related data protection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not fulfill the inclusion criteria. Patients with a second allogeneic stem-cell transplantation within the first year after the first stem-cell transplantation will be excluded.

The evaluation of implementation outcomes as acceptability, feasibility, adoptability and fidelity will be done also. | — |
