Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Range of motion and pain at least 1 year after operation compared to the non-operated hand

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The most recent x-ray shows no change of radiologic parameters compared to the postoperative result. At follow-up at least 12 months post-OP, there are no relevant differences of function or subjective outcome between patients who received a reconstruction according to Henry and those who had a three ligament tenodesis. Patients with delayed operative treatment at least 3 months after trauma show worse radiologic, functional, and subjective results than patients who were treated earlier.
