Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Relapsing and/or progressive MS, Age over 18 years, fatigue (WEIMuS > 32), EDSS not more than 6.0, written informed consent, willingness for an outpatient visit after 3 months, Internet Access, Basic Computer knowledge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, cardiovascular medication, corticosteroids within the last 30 days, severe cognitive deficits, severe other disease, preexisting Sports activity (more than 2 sessions per week)

Fatigue as measured with the WEIMuS questionnaire (Würzburg Fatigue Inventory for Multiple Sclerosis) after 3 months	—

Measure	Time frame
Quality of life (MSIS-29), physical activity, objective measures for fatigue (intensity of Attention), physical functioning (2minWT, 10mWT, Tinetti) and willingness to pay at the end of rehabilitation, after 3 months and after 6 months.	—
