Interventions

Group 1: On six days, thoracic spine mobilizations are performed in the direction of rotation for 10 minutes. The period of the interventions is 14 days. Group 2: Receive no intervention.

20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Protective anamnestically young healthy adults between 20 and 30 years of age, no acute spinal complaints in the last four weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Osteoporosis, blood pressure medication, acute infections, fever, fractures of the spine, fracture of the pelvis < 12 months, cardiac, neurological, peripheral vascular disease, musculoskeletal problems, thrombosis, pregnancy, alcohol dependence.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Demonstration of the feasibility regarding the recruiting process, adherence and safety of the investigation procedure and the investigation execution.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of the 1. heart rate variability 2. heart rate before the beginning as baseline (T0) and after the study (T1).
