Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome parameter is patient adherence (according to Sonnenschein et al 2018) based on individual periodontal risk (Ramseier and Lang 1999) at the time points "before active periodontal therapy (APT)", "after APT", "12 months after APT", and "5 years after APT"

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome parameter is the oral health-related quality of life, expressed by the total sum score of the "Oral-health-related quality of life" questionnaire (German short version, OHIP-G14) "before active periodontitis therapy (APT)", "after APT", "12 months after APT", and "5 years after APT".
