Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Successfully resuscitated patients >18 years old after OHCA (CPR >5 min) who get admitted to Klinikum Oldenburg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients <18 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, kidney failure treated by dialysis (GFR<15ml/min)

1. Need for vasopressor support on ICU to assess hemodynamic situation and circulatory failure 2. blood pressure, lactate 3. systolic and diastolic left-ventricular function by echocardiography 4. neurological outcome by cerebral preformance sclae (CPC), hypoxic encephalopathy by cerebral CT 5. health related quality of life by EQ-5D questionnaire approx. 4-6 weeks after discharge
