Interventions

Group 1: Patients and their cardiological therapists are asked once about their psychotherapeutic treatment needs, the results are compared with the results of SKID interviews with the patients

psychotherapists are asked once about their willingness to treat.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients: Presence of a VAD, treatment at Heidelberg University Hospital, consent to participation For psychotherapists: Working with a guideline procedure (psychoanalysis, depth psychology-based therapy, behavioural therapy, systemic therapy), consent to participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent, inability to consent (dementia, acute psychosis, disturbances of consciousness and vigilance)
