Measuring if disease protein itself is a potential molecular marker for SCA3 disease progression. Primary outcome: ataxin-3 protein as progression marker: Yes/no

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
secondary aims are clinincal data (like age at onset, disease duration, clinical scores like SARA, INAS) No endpoints are defined because each measurement points stands alone.
