Inclusion criteria: 28 0/7 - 31 6/7 wks gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • SGA < 3. centile • medically / surgically closed PDA • congenital problems of the GI-tract • congenital heart defect, • asphyxia

Gut perfusion determined by ultrasound doppler blood-flow velocity in cm/s in the mesenteric superior artery on postnatal days 1,3,5,7 and at discharge

Progress of PDA-closure (Day of closure by ECHO-cardiographie) Near infrared Spectroskopie (NIRS) of right lower abdomen (% Oxygen saturation) at postnatal days 1,3,5,7 and at discharge. Body composition determined by "Peapod" at at postnatal days 1,3,5,7 and at discharge, if possible on clinical assessment
