Group 1: When patient comes to allogenic kidney transplantation they get informed about the study and if they agree to participate by informed consent 2x2,5 ml EDTA blood is taken and midstream urine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age at least 18 year - informed consent - cadaveric kidney transplantation due to chronic kidney failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - multiple organ transplantations

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- description of BKPyV replication in urine and plasma one year following kidney transplantation as well as infection and retention paraclinics - description of celluar immune response and cytokine release in BKPyV replication - description of virus specific micro-RNA in urine and plasma

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- development of an panel of biomarkers for risk assessment in BKPyV infection and development of nephropathy or graft loss
