Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Exposure to a potentially traumatic event according to DSM-5; (2) mild to moderate depressive symptoms (PHQ-9 5-15), or mild to moderate anxiety symptoms (GAD-7 5-15), or subclinical posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms (PCL-5 5- 32), or impairment in social, occupational or daily functioning (functional impairment scale 1-3).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current mental disorder except adjustment disorder (Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview for DSM-5)

| Secondary outcomes will be assessed at post treatment and will include psychological distress, clinical symptoms, diagnoses of mental disorders, psychosocial functioning, quality of life and participant‘s response to the SOLAR program.
