Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maligne onco-hematologigal disease; assigned for an allo-HSCT in Essen; signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other malignant or benign disease; contraindication for physical exercise assigned by the oncologist and inability to follow training protocol for experimental or control intervention
