Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: „Intermediate“-climber, defined redpoint-grade IRCRA 10-17 (male) oder 10-14 (female) oder French/Sport 5+-7a (male) bzw. 5+-6b+ (female).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Beginner or elite climber.
