Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Employees with patient contact, patients of participating clinics older than 18, with a minimum stay of 2 nights
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Employees without patient contact, patients under the age of 18, in outpatient practice or with an inpatient stay of less than 1 night
