Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • affiliation to one of the above-mentioned groups study part a) 1. Community-dwelling women without known cardiac risk or diagnosed heart disease 2. Community-dwelling women at an increased cardiac risk 3. Community-dwelling women with diagnosed heart disease who do not participate in structured exercise programs 4. Community-dwelling women with diagnosed heart disease and participating in structured exercise programs (“Herzsport-Gruppe”) 5. Women participating in in- or outpatient rehabilitation 6. Women receiving short-term care study part b) 1. Women participating in preventive or rehabilitative exercise programs (e.g. organized by sport clubs or health insurance; cardiac exercise groups) 2. Women participating in- or outpatient rehabilitation: during a sport activity • Sufficient knowledge of German language (spoken and written)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • participation during a week with unusual or modified activity behavior (due to holidays, relocation, special gardening work, start of new sports activities, scheduled hospitalization or surgery) • acute, painful injury or not fully recovered musculoskeletal damages as bone fractures, torn ligaments or muscle injuries • severe infectious diseases • severe pain (e.g. back pain, osteoarthritis) adversely affecting usual daily activities • if necessary: severe neurodermatitis or other skin diseases that prohibit to wear skin-electrodes
