Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: focus group: employment at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf as a doctor or nurse or student of medicine or nursing; knowledge of German Level B2; informed consent interview: patient*in the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf; length of stay when conducting the interview: at least one week; knowledge of German Level B2; informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: employees from other departments of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf; insufficient knowledge of German; no informed consent; patients* from other hospitals
