Group 1: out patient physiotherapy of pelvic floor for 4 month (Kegel therapy) Group 2: biofeeedback training with the Acticore® 6min daily for 4 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with faecal inontinence Wexner score of at least greater than 2 Patients = 18 years Patients who use a smartphone daily Signed consent Also included are vulnerable individuals with mental illnesses, people with illnesses or disabilities that impair their ability to discern and / or significantly impair their ability to cope with everyday life

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy vulvdynia Age <18 years Rejection of study participation by the patient open sacral wounds, congential diseases of the Paraplegic symptoms due to traumatic injuries to the nerves and the spinal cord at the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral levels - Congenital paraplegic symptoms - Patients with sacral, perianal open secreting wounds in the Z.n. Resection of rectum and rectum and amputations
