Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients with dystonia (ICD-10 G24.1, G24.2, G24.8, G24.9, G80.3, G80.8), GMFCS-Level I-V, age from 3 years up to 18 years, written informed consent of legal guardian/child
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: planned surgery (ITB, DBS) during the study period, participation in another interventional trial, therapy drop-out
