Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MPXI deficient: = 18; MPXI controls: = 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: minority (< 18 years), reduced ability to reason and capacity to contract, pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
Difference in endothelial function after parodontitis treatment evaluated bei FMD/NMD-measurement pre-treatment as well as day 1, week 8 and 6 months post treatment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood levels of inflammatory parameters: CRP, IL-6, BSR, MPO-levelsl, MPO-activity pre treatment as well as day 1, week 8 and month 6 post treatment. Evaluation of cardiovascular disease two years after study inclusion (anamnestically)
