Group 1: Group 1 receives the SRI questionnaire printed out in a classical paper version and is then allowed to fill it in. Meanwhile, the time each person needs from the beginning of the questionnair

Inclusion criteria: - Signed consent form - Respiratory Insufficiency Type I and/or Type II - Patient age >18 J

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patient age <18 years - Mental retardation - Missing declaration of consent - blindness
