18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: IBD diagnosis > 3 months • On ward/ out-patient treatment at the Hannover medical school • Signed informed consent • Upcoming colonoscopic evaluation • Caucasian ethnicity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active Malignancies • Hereditary Immunodeficiencies • Any disorders which do not allow the individual to assess the nature, scope and potential consequences of the clinical trial • Other ethnicities then Caucasian • Antibiotic use within the past 3 months
