Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria are the diagnosis of an FMS according to the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (12), female sex, age between 40-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are pregnancy, comorbidity that worsens FMS symptoms, psychosis, drug abuse, suicide attempts in the last two years, or the presence of contraindications to treatment by TMS or diagnosis by MRI.
