Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the diagnosis of: mitral or aortic regurgitation, benign cardiac tumors, tricuspid valve regurgitation, isolated ascendig aneurysm without concomittant aortic regurgitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Isolated coronary artery disease requireing surgical revascularisation missing consent to take part in the study
