Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients = 18 years, Intra-cranial procedure with the indication for the administration of mannitol (1 g per kg of body weight) given by the surgeon on the basis of the surgical site.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intake of anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents without decreasing the clinical duration of the same substances (eg, ASA, Marcumar, Heparins, other NSAIDs, etc., NOACs).
