Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women or men aged = 18 years 2. Average risk for colorectal cancer 3. = 1 previous colonoscopy with = 12 months interval to actual colonoscopy 4. Colonoscopy and pathology reports of last colonoscopy performed at the same institution 5. Capability to understand and give written consent to study participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing written consent 2. Increased risk for colorectal cancer 3. No previous colonoscopy 4. Missing colonoscopy and pathology report of previous colonoscopy 5. Resection von colon segments
