| The overall aim of this study is the analysis of the SNS-PNS (im)balance in OA patients and the correlation of these data with clinical symptoms and in vitro cellular responses of different joint tissues, which have been removed during knee replacement surgery. A possible SNS>PNS imbalance will be analyzed and correlated with clinical parameters (imaging data, pain, knee instability, gait pattern). | — |
