Measure	Time frame
The aim of the study is to describe the arrangements for ICU visits: visiting hours, the degree of acquaintance of the admitted persons, number, age, exception reasons, exclusion reasons.	—

Other objectives include descriptions of relevant structures (e.g., brochures, provision of drinks, waiting area) and processes (e.g., structured briefings, participation in rounds, decision-making) to support relatives.	—
