Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is to describe the arrangements for ICU visits: visiting hours, the degree of acquaintance of the admitted persons, number, age, exception reasons, exclusion reasons.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Other objectives include descriptions of relevant structures (e.g., brochures, provision of drinks, waiting area) and processes (e.g., structured briefings, participation in rounds, decision-making) to support relatives.
