Quantity of sleep measured by Insomnia Severity Index (four and twelve weeks after randomisation)

Sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), depressive symptoms (Patient Health Questionnaire - 8items), perceived stress (Perceived Stress Scale), anxiety (Generalised Anxiety Disorder Scale), study performance (Presenteeism Scale for Students), general well-being (WHO (five) Well-being Index), mental health competence (Mental Health Literacy questionnaire); measure four and twelve weeks after randomisation
