Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: premature babies born between 27+0/7 and 34 +6/7 gestation age - written consent of parents/ persons who have custody of the child - Age of the parents 18 years and older - sufficient German language skills of the parents, so that it is guaranteed that the infomation shwwt and consent for as well as the oral information are understood

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - hearing or speech deficits of the mother, which make the recordings of the mothers voice impossible - known severe illnesses if the baby, which make the intervention impossible. The physician in charge and principal investigator decides whether the premature baby is stable enough to take part - missing psychological, physilogical or linguistig abilities of the parents, which unable participation

MeasureTime frame
- evaluation of the effect if the intervention (strange womens voice and oen mothers voice) on vital parameters (heart frequency, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, breathing) of the premature babies - evaluation of the effect if the intervention (strange womens voice and oen mothers voice) on weight gain of the premature babies - evaluation of the effect if the intervention (strange womens voice and oen mothers voice) on cortisol levels of the premature babies (by means of saliva samples)

- evaluation of the course of anxiety (evaluated with the STAI-State) of the mothers during the study - evaluation of the course of the mother-infant bondong (evaluated with the postnatal bonding questionnaire) - evaluation of the intervention on mothers anxiety and mother-infant bonding - influence of gestation age on collected data - influence of parity ob collected data
