Inclusion criteria: youn healthy men and women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hormone substitution, including thyroid-hormone therapy BMI >30 smokers unbalanced diet (e.g. vegan) metabolic disorders Treatment with insulin, sulfonylureas, glinides, GLP -1 analogs those in need of treatment cardiac arrhythmias Heart failure (EF<55) Performance limiting PAVK (Fontaine Stadium = II) performance- or traininglimiting Respiratory diseases, performance- or traininglimiting degenerative joint diseases or muscular diseases performance-limiting kidney disease performance-limiting neurological illness oncological diseases in the Prehistory (< 5 years) psychiatric and/or addiction disorders
