Inclusion criteria: young healthy men

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hormone substitution, including thyroid. hormone therapy BMI >30 smokers unbalanced diet (e.g. vegan) metabolic disorders Treatment with insulin, sulfonylureas, glinides, GLP -1 analogs those in need of treatment
