Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Entry criteria: - reduced intelligibility, measured by National Institute for the Deaf (NTID) Skala (Samar & Metz 1998) score < 5. - Dysarthria of non-progressive etiology, measured by BoDys, Profilhöhe < 59 in full version version - CPIB questionnaire total score < 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria: - Aphasia Apraxia of Speech, Dementia, - other communication handicap - low knowledge of German language - multy resistant infection, hygenic isolation required
