Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. with the diagnosis: spastic cerebral palsy (GMFCS Level I-II) 2. age: from 10 years 3. upcoming surgery with preoperative 3D gait analysis 4. consent of parents/guardians to the participation of minors in the study 5. standardized clinical examination (including goniometer) and instrumental 3D gait analysis

Exclusion criteria: 1. refusal to use the data already collected and wish to terminate the study by the patient or parents/legal representatives 2. Lack of cooperation

Within the scope of this prospective clinical study, different examination methods, more precisely the Silfverskiöld test, the equinometer and the 3D gait analysis (the anaesthesia examination serves as a reference) are to be evaluated. 1st measurement at time 1: Silfverskiöld test, measurement of the range of motion of the upper ankle joint with stretched and flexed knee using a goniometer. 2nd measurement at time 1: Equinometer measurement. Here the lower leg is fixed in a mechanical device and the dorsiflexion is measured in a certain foot position with the knee stretched and bent. 3rd measurement at time 1: 3D gait analysis. This technique works with marker systems that are attached to the patient's skin and are recorded in three-dimensional space by several cameras. A software program calculates the extent of movement of the upper ankle joint. 4th measurement at time 2: Silfverskiöld test, measurement of the range of motion of the upper ankle joint with stretched and flexed knee using a goniometer. 5th measurement at time 2: Equinometer measurement. Here the lower leg is fixed in a mechanical device and the dorsiflexion is measured in a certain foot position with stretched and bent knee.
