Group 1: Diagnostic Research: the study aims at the verification of the significance of the Screening. There is no comparison Group.

70 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: > 70 years old. Diagnosis of Parkinson disease, Chronic obstructive pulmonal disease,dementia, surgery of cancer and radiation, spondylophytes, frailty and condition of chronic stroke. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing declaration of consent. Patients with inscure state of cardiovascular disorders. Severe dysphagia in previous medical reports.
