Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients after metabolic surgery with body mass index (BMI) of at least 40 kg/m2 (or =35 kg/m2 with comorbidities), post-operative time should be between 3-6 months, Available Informed Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No internet-acces, no or inadequate internet-knowledge, inadequate German-knowledge, acute schizophrenia or other severe restrictions of mentale abilities, refusal of the patient

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Variation of perceived self-efficacy, determined by questionnaires at three dates, T0 (before treatment), T1 (directly after treatment), T2 (5 months after treatment), and T3 (12 month after treatment)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Variation of dependent variables as weight reduction (BMI-development), development of eating behavior, depressivity, quality of life, perception of stress and the overall health status, tested at T0, T1, T2 and T3 (as mentioned above)
