Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male, female, 18-45 years, non-smoker, normal blood pressure (=140/90 mmHg), fit for sports, voluntary participation, no medication, untrained (<150min/week physical activity), time for 8-week intervention, signing of consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 45 years, Smoker / other tobacco consumption, Hypertension, Not suitable for sports, Forced participation, Permanent intake of medication, Trained (>150min/week physical activity), Probably no time for intervention, Rejection by the test person, Lack of ability to consent or doubts about the ability to consent, Hairless volunteers (<1cm), Shift worker, Clinically significant 12-channel ECG abnormality determined by the examiner, Alcohol or drug abuse within the last year before screening, positive urine drug test or positive alcohol test during screening, Infection with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) or Hepatitis B Virus (HBV). Participants in another study, Other unspecified reasons which, from the investigator's point of view, argue against participation in the study, Cardiovascular, metabolic, pulmonary and muscular diseases after ICD 10 acute or anamnestic, Psychological disorders diagnosed according to ICD 10 or DSM IV, acute or anamnestic (last 24 months), In order to ensure a reliable analysis of salivary cortisol, either female participants taking hormonal contraceptives or participants not taking contraceptives should be excluded (depending on the recruitment process).

T0: Preliminary examination (resting ECG, weight, height, resting blood pressure and lung function test); stress test (salivary cortisol at previously defined times); questionnaires on anamnesis, sleep quality, physical activity, stress, stress management, health status, emotional regulation and personality; hair sample to determine hair cortisol; handover of sports watch (Polar M430) T1: body composition analysis (BIA); sports medical performance diagnostics (exercise ECG, spiroergometry, capillary blood (blood lactate and cell-free DNA (cfDNA), venous blood for the determination of stress-associated markers); registration on the sports support homepage T2: Stress test (salivary cortisol at previously defined times); questionnaires on sleep quality, physical activity, stress, stress management, health status, emotional regulation and personality; hair sample to determine hair cortisol T3: preliminary examination (resting ECG, weight, height, BIA, resting blood pressure and lung function test); sports medical performance diagnostics (exercise ECG, spiroergometry, capillary blood (blood lactate and freely circulating DNA (cfDNA), venous blood for the determination of stress-associated markers) 1) Improve maximum oxygen intake through an 8-week Internet-based training intervention. 2) Investigation of the relationship between the changes in VO2max induced by the training intervention and the associated changes in salivary cortisol induced by a stress test.

1) Investigation of the relationship between VO2max and stress resilience by determining physiological and biochemical markers in the untrained state before an 8-week internet-based training intervention. 2) Investigation of the relationship between VO2max and stress resilience induced by the training intervention by determining physiological and biochemical markers. 3) Sustainability of the change in stress resilience 12 and 24 weeks after 8 weeks of internet-based training intervention.
