Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Purely descriptive analysis of patient data after adaptation of SOP.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Influence of drug therapy after a period of three, six and twelve months on quality of life, state of health, morbidity, complications of Ventricular Assist Device therapy and mortality of patients. Comparison of these points with a historical control group. ->Euro-Quality-of-Life-5-Dimensions-Questionnaire, Rockwood Scale, Six-minute walking test, Medication, Heart failure medication with side effects, Lab (Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Internatinal Normalized Ratio, Gamma-glutamyltransferase, Lactate dehydrogenase, C-reactive protein, Blood urea nitrogen, Creatinine, Glomerular filtration rate, Dialyse, Albumin, Total bilirubin, N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide, Potassium) Echocardiographie (left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular enddiastolic volume, left ventricular enddiastolic diameter, right ventricular ejection fraction, right ventricular enddiastolic diameter, tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion, right ventricular outflow tract, aortic valve insufficiency, mitral valve insufficiency, pulmonary valve insufficiency, tricuspid valve insufficiency, systolic pulmonary arterial pressure) Rehospitalization, Pump Parameter, Mean arterial pressure, Heart frequency, Weight
