Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - written informed consent - all investigations planned for the first investigation timepoint achievable within 24 h after inpatient admission at the Stroke-Unit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - need for endocarditis prophylaxis - intubation at time of inpatient admission
