Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life, recorded by means of the SF-36 questionnaire at survey times 0 (=baseline, with consent before notification of results of genetic screening), 3 months, 3 years, 5 years (if necessary 10 years) after testing

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Influence of genetic screening on lifestyle and quality of life, recorded at survey times 0 (=baseline, with consent prior to notification of results of genetic screening), 3 months, 3 years, 5 years (possibly 10 years) after the testing device was used - Lucerne Nutrition Index (LEI), and International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) questionnaires - Patient satisfaction with genetic screening using qualitative comments and Likert scale - Influence of genetic screening on smoking habits (Qualitative questions and number of cigarettes / d) - Influence of screening on diagnostic and therapeutic prevention measures (qualitative, non-standardised questionnaire) - Influence on clinical endpoints, such as mortality or cardiovascular events, tumor disease and tumor stage at initial diagnosis (qualitative, non-standardized questionnaire) - Influence of screening on the family of patients (Qualitative and non-standardised questionnaire) - Physician/Patients Reported Genetic Test Usefulness (Qualitative and non-standardised questionnaire)
