Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of Orthopedics, internal medicine including urology and oncological patients as well as patients of psychocomatic medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: inadequate skills of communication in German language, surgery procedure in the last 6 weeks, usage of forearm crutches, wheeled walker or similar, contradictions to motion and physical activities, acute or severe desease
