Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: at least 6 years of bodybuilding; at least 3 times a week training; at least 6 hours of training per week; at least 18 years (age); sign consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pre-operated shoulder; known injury including diagnosis from preliminary examinations or imaging Procedure (MRI, arthroMRI, CT, X-ray)

| To detect a sport-specific shoulder pathology in asymptomatic bodybuilder due to long-term overload. A questionnaire is used to check whether the subject is asymptomatic. Then both shoulders are visualized by an MRI examination and observed individually by 2 radiologists. | — |
