Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Children with RS who were treated in Tübingen including TPP b) Control group: Healthy children without RS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Children with RS without treatment according to the Tübingen therapy concept b) Control group: childhood malformations or chromosomal abnormalities or known OSAS

What is the prevalence of sleep-related respiratory disorders in children with RS (Robin Sequence) after Tübinger Palatal Plate treatment defined by polysomnography?

1. Are there anthropometric differences (weight, head circumference, length, BMI) between children with RS after TPP treatment compared to the control group? 2. Do children with RS after TPP treatment differ from control children in terms of sleep or quality of life or behaviour? 3. How does the Jaw Index of children with RS after TPP treatment differ from healthy control children? 4. What differences in facial profile in 2D or 3D photography in children with RS after TPP treatment compared to healthy controls? 5. Are there differences in the orthodontic anamnesis including the frequency of orthodontic treatment necessity as well as the clinical, orthodontic examination findings in children with RS after TPP treatment compared to healthy control children?
