Measure	Time frame
Whereabouts of the patient: System changes (different or additional rescue equipment or better networking with the medical on-call service) that contribute to fewer ambulances with blue light being sent to patients without transport indication in the future. Result from retrospective data analysis (quantitative data evaluation with statistical correlation analyses) triangulated with the prospective survey (standardized questionnaire) of the rescue service personnel.	—

Measures within the scope of emergency call enquiry by which the integrated control centres can contribute to the fact that in future fewer ambulances with blue light will be sent to patients without transport indication? Result of retrospective data analysis (analysis of emergency calls in Integrated Control Centres) as well as triangulation with results of further retrospective data analyses and the survey of the emergency service personnel (prospective; standardised questionnaire). The emergency calls are first transcribed anonymously or pseudonymised and then qualitatively standardised and analysed using previously defined, operationalised criteria. The results of the conversation analysis are checked for correlation using statistical test procedures.	—
