Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and women >18 years with Acute renal damage according to KDIGO criteria Patient (or the authorized representative) is able and willing to give written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Kidney transplantation within 6 months; chronic renal replacement therapy, ESRD; Participation in thematically overlapping study; terminal status
