Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the patient or a patient’s authorised representative signed the informed consent, (2) CT admission imaging (3) first stroke (4) thermal image of the face on admission with good quality.

Exclusion criteria: inclusion criteria not fulfilled

Determine a temperature pattern in patients with acute proximal arterial occlusion of the anterior circulation compared to non-ischemic controls.
