Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Omega-loop gastric bypass in the period August 2016 - May 2017 in the Obesity Clinic of Schoen Klinik Eilbek according to the criteria of the S3 guideline "Surgery of Obesity" - Surgeons: Dr. Herbig, Dr. Sander, Dr. Tasi, Dr. Schorp - Presence of signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - carrying out further surgical procedures in the same procedure (eg cholecystectomy) - no present informed consent
