Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include adults (18 years of age and older) with a congenital heart defect (ACHD), regardless of whether the defect is native or has been surgically and/or interventionally treated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal by the patient to participate in the study, patients with cognitive impairments, or patients with any language barriers that prevent them from understanding the study, or non-existence of the informed consent form.

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is to record the actual state of health of ACHD and the change in the state of health under routine treatment over a period of 12 months. In detail is planned: - Recording of modifiable cardiovascular risk factors (e.g. lifestyle factors, anthropometric parameters) as well as early stages of coexistent cardiovascular diseases and their change during routine treatment over a period of 12 months. - Comparison of the risk factor constellation between individual CHD groups, as well as clarification of the relationship with the type and timing of previous interventions on the heart or large vessels, and epidemiological data (e.g. age, sex, accompanying syndromes, etc.). - Comparison of the risk factor constellation within the study population and its fluctuation over a period of 12 months under routine treatment (with regard to: dietary behaviour, exercise behaviour, non-cardiac co-morbidities, health-related quality of life, disease identity, anxiety and depression, social status, information on the disease-related significance of diet, exercise, health, nicotine, alcohol, drug use, sleep, stress)
