Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and nursing

Inflammatory response Analysis via the results of the blood draw after the intervention (6 months) and follow up (further 3 months).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changing of the psorisis severity score (PASI-Score) as well as psychological and psychosocial aspects through analyzing the questionnairs after the Intervention (6 months) and follow-up (further 3 months).
