Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • mild cognitive impairment • age between 65 and 85 years • Unrestricted, independent walking ability & stability • Sufficient vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Diagnosed dementia • Failure of the physical fitness test • Orthopedic injuries • moderate to severe depressive episode

| Secondary objective: The following parameters will be examined as a measure of the performance provided in the motor-cognitive test course: 1. Faulty triggering of contact mats (error rate) 2. Required time for completing the test course 3. Achieved level of difficulty / level of the test course 4. Improvement of the stability of the subjects after completion of the six-week motor-cognitive training intervention. The measure of stability is the variance of the variation of the center of pressure (COP measurement) in the static measurement 5. Results of the Timed Up & Go Test 6.
